Use the record type to choose the correct Clay County or Kentucky office:

- Arrest and sheriff records: contact the Clay County Sheriff at 102 Richmond Road, Suite 100, Manchester, or call 606-598-3471
- Jail and booking records: contact Clay County Detention Center at 67 Shamrock Road or 606-598-2133
- State criminal histories: use Kentucky State Police, Criminal Identification and Records Branch procedures
- Manchester Police reports: submit the city's open-records form through the City Clerk or call 606-598-3456 during weekday City Hall hours
- Expungement: obtain the required AOC certification, then file through the court that handled the eligible case
The sheriff does not publish a separately named records division, online request portal, or records-counter hours. Call before visiting. Court records remain with the Circuit Court Clerk, not the sheriff.
